Mecanica designed the wiring harnesses for Inflight’s entertainment systems for Air Canada.
Bell Helicopter
Mecanica designed the composite tail boom for the Bell 412 as well as all of the tooling required to fabricate its components.
FRE Composite
Our company designed special computer attachment devices and performed finite element analyses to validate our design for use on the Space Shuttle Canadarm.

Mecanica implemented CATIA and provided training as well as performing design, finite element analyses, and NC programming services for various landing gears.
Mecanica has been a design engineering and IT partner since 1996, implementing CATIA, and VPM, and supporting the user community. Mecanica has participated in the design of the chassis, aerodynamics,s, and engine of both Formula 1 and Ferrari production cars. We were also an official sponsor of the Ferrari Formula 1 team from 2001 through 2004.
Mecanica has been a design engineering / IT partner with Maserati since 2001. We have implemented CATIA, VPM, and supporting the user community for body and chassis as well as the ProEngineer environment for engine development. Mecanica provided design services for the chassis, aerodynamic, and engine sectors for the MC-12 race car as well as the production street car including Industrial Design work on the Quattroporte.
Mecanica designed a new carburetor for Magneti Marelli’s client – Harley-Davidson Motorcycles.
Mecanica took the architectural design and modeled the entire monument in CATIA. Subsequently, we created all of the shop drawings for the fabrication and assembly, as well as all of the required tooling such as jigs and fixtures.
